In 2000, there were only three organizations providing caregiver services in the Greater Portland area. In 2010, there are over a dozen, HomePartners being one of them. When it comes to finding the right caregiver service for your loved one, it is important to look for a knowledgeable, experienced staff, and the personalized attention your loved one needs.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Linda Conley has joined the HomePartners management team working with Leigh Greenberg as a Client Relations Manager effective Monday, 10/18/2010.    Linda brings extensive customer service, management and leadership skills to this position including significant experience in developing, coaching and training employees.  Linda is extremely professional, has excellent communication skills, and has significant experience working with teams in a fast paced service environment.  Linda shares our passion and commitment to elder care and ensuring that we meet the needs of our HomePartners clients as well as our employees.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Gale Rand McGee will be joining HomePartners as an Owner and Managing Partner effective immediately.   As you may know, Gale has been a HomePartners caregiver since we opened our doors in August 2000.  She shares our passion and commitment to ensure that we meet the needs of our HomePartners clients as well as our employees. Gale brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience to this partnership including many years of dedicated service to the elderly, and specifically dementia care, as well as strong organizational, interpersonal and business management skills. We are very excited about this new partnership and the value it will bring to HomePartners mission and strategic endeavors.

Julie Vickers, Founder and Managing Partner of HomePartners, recently participated as a member of the interdisciplinary panel of experts for the University of Utah College of Nursing - Geratric Care Manager Competency Survey Project. This project is funded by the Health Services Resources Administration and has been approved by the University of Utah Institutional Review Board.
