We carefully select each member of the HomePartners team based on experience, personality and competence. Since the relationship between client and caregiver is so important, we add a personal assessment to each hiring decision. Every member of the HomePartners team is someone we would entrust with care of our own family members.We regularly survey our clients and our caregivers to ensure that HomePartners delivers on our commitments to both. Founders
Lisa Fuller
Lisa Fuller has more than 25 years of business experience. She spent 15 years with a Fortune 500 company, most recently as second vice president. She has served as a consultant to area businesses, and possesses strong entrepreneurial, operations, project management, and strategic planning skills. Lisa is a Geriatric Care Manager and a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She writes on elderly issues for the Maine Women’s Journal and is a consultant to families making their way through the Long Term Care maze. Julie Rand Vickers
Julie Rand Vickers is a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager with more than 25 years of experience in the business, health care, and insurance fields. Julie has spent 16 years with a Fortume 500 company most recently as a second vice president. Julie is a Geriatric Care Manager specializing in aging and Alzheimers/dementia care as well as geriatric assessment and care management planning for the elderly and their families. Julie has been a speaker at local and national conferences on the topics of RN care management, aging and disability management. Our Client Relations Managers
Our Client Relations Managers play a critical role for both our clients and caregivers. They have the responsibility of knowing our clients' needs and desires and matching them with the appropriate caregiver. It is their job to ensure that both our clients and our caregivers enjoy spending time together.
Joanne Treuhaft
Joanne joined our team in November of 2006. She has over 15 years of hands on experience working with individual's who have Alzheimer's and their families. She also has CNA and CRMA certification in the state of Maine.
Pasha Marion
Pasha joined our team in December of 2007. She has more than 20 years of private and personal experience providing respite and personal care for elders. She has also supported individuals who were terminally ill. In addition, Pasha was a team leader for two group homes caring for clients with developmental disabilities and mental retardation. She has DSP and CRMA certification.
Our Office Manager
Sarena Jarvis
Sarena joined our team in May of 2007. Prior to this, she worked as an office manager for four years for a non-profit organization specializing in supporting individuals with hearing loss. She has also been a program manager for adults with developmental disabilities. She has CNA certification.
Our Geriatric Care Management Team
Tammy Bickmore
We are pleased to have Tammy join Julie and Lisa as part of our Care Management Team. Tammy graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a masters degree in occupational therapy. She has 20 years experience working with older adults in both rehabilitation and home settings. She presently works as a geriatric care manager and occuptional therapist with older adults and their families. She also works as a business consultant and educator for businesses providing rehabilitation services throughout New England. Tammy was a founder of Coastal Consulting Services, LLC. Tammy is a member of NAPGCM, American Occupational Therapy Association and the Maine Occupational Therapy Association.
