Helping families through these challenging times is the founding premise behind HomePartners. It’s our belief that HomePartners offers a personal approach not found elsewhere.
When you call our office in Scarborough, Maine, you will have the chance to speak with either owner Julie Rand Vickers or Joanne Treuhaft. No matter who takes your call, everyone is dedicated to helping you assess your situation and establish a preliminary plan. That plan includes identifying the caregiver within our staff who best fits your needs.
We know that consistency is the best way to develop the rapport and trust of a rewarding relationship. Therefore, whenever possible, HomePartners strives to ensure that the caregiver we select is available for the level of care you need. Placement isn’t the end of our personal attention. In fact, it’s just the beginning. We maintain contact with family members, clients and caregivers for ongoing reports to ensure the highest quality of service and the best care possible.
Some families plan in advance for these life changes, but that is often not possible. When families call in crisis, we do everything in our power to respond quickly. However, even in emergency situations, we maintain our strict placement standards. We will only place a caregiver who has the training, experience and personality that fits your situation. The safety of your loved one is always our highest priority.
